Your online statement can only be viewed by\u00a0logging into e-Caisse (Online Banking) with your secure password.<\/p>\n

You can view the previous\u00a024 months of statements and cheque images at any time. You will need Adobe Reader as the online statement is a PDF file.<\/p>\n

Online statements can be viewed online, printed or saved to your computer.<\/p>\n

You can link your online statement to\u00a0an accounting program by following these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Login to e-Caisse (Online Banking).<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the tab “Statements”<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the “Format” drop down menu<\/li>\n
  4. Select to download to one of the following: QuickBooks\u00a9, Quicken\u00a9,\u00a0Simply Accounting\u00a9\u00a0or Microsoft Money\u00a9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    There are no fees for online statements.

    Switching to Online Statements<\/h4>\n

    If you are receiving paper statements and want to switch to online statements,\u00a0follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    Accounts requiring only one signature<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Login to e-Caisse (Online Banking).<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Click on the tab \u201cStatement\u201d.<\/li>\n
    3. At the bottom of the page, click the box \u201cAuthorization to discontinue paper statements\u201d.<\/li>\n
    4. Click “Accounts requiring one signature”.<\/li>\n
    5. Click “Agree”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Accounts requiring more than one signature<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Login to e-Caisse (Online Banking).<\/a><\/li>\n
      2. Click on the tab \u201cStatement\u201d.<\/li>\n
      3. At the bottom of the page, click the box \u201cAuthorization to discontinue paper statements\u201d.<\/li>\n
      4. Click\u00a0“Accounts requiring more than one signature”.<\/li>\n
      5. Print the form and have all the authorized signers sign the form.<\/li>\n
      6. Return the completed form in person\u00a0to your branch or fax it to 1.204.285.3305 or email it to admcentres@caisse.biz<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
