We only send commercial electronic messages (CEMs) from our servers in compliance with this Anti-Spam Policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is spam?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spam is unsolicited commercial electronic messages, also known as junk mail, typically sent in bulk form. A CEM is spam if:<br \/>\n\u2022 The recipient\u2019s personal identity and context are irrelevant because the message is equally applicable to many other potential recipients; and<br \/>\n\u2022 The recipient has not verifiably granted explicit or implied, and still-revocable, permission for the message to be sent.<br \/>\nMany spam messages also contain false or misleading information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When does Caisse send commercial electronic messages?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Caisse only sends CEMs in the following contexts:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 You have explicitly informed us that you would like to receive such messages<br \/>\n\u2022 Caisse is responding to a request for information from you<br \/>\n\u2022 To communicate with you about your account, loan or similar relationships with us<br \/>\n\u2022 To provide information that you are entitled to receive about products and services you have purchased from us<br \/>\n\u2022 You have provided your e-mail address to us, or have published your e-mail address, without placing any restrictions on its use<br \/>\n\u2022 You have an existing business relationship with Caisse<br \/>\n\u2022 You have a subscription with<br \/>\n\u2022 You have provided a donation or volunteer services to us<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does Caisse protect you from receiving spam?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CEMs sent, or caused to be sent, from Caisse\u2019s servers do not:<br \/>\n\u2022 Use or contain invalid or forged headers<br \/>\n\u2022 Use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names<br \/>\n\u2022 Employ any technique to otherwise misrepresent you<br \/>\n\u2022 Hide or obscure any information in identifying the point of origin or the transmission path<br \/>\n\u2022 Use other means of deceptive addressing<br \/>\n\u2022 Use a third party\u2019s internet domain name, or relay from or through a third party\u2019s equipment, without permission of the third party<br \/>\n\u2022 Contain false or misleading information in the subject line or otherwise contain false or misleading content<\/p>\n<p>Caisse does not knowingly do business with any company that participates in sending spam. Caisse does not sell or exchange your information. We do not permit or authorize others to collect, compile or obtain any information about our members, including but not limited to member e-mail addresses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if I no longer want to receive messages from Caisse?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All Caisse CEMs provide you with the ability to unsubscribe or opt out of receiving CEMs from Caisse. When you unsubscribe using the links provided in our CEMs, your request will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 10 days after you send the request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Receipt of Unwanted CEMs from Caisse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the unlikely event that you receive any messages from Caisse or sent using Caisse\u2019s servers that may be considered spam, please contact us at questions@Caisse.biz and the matter will be investigated.
