Introducing money skills to preschoolers
Ma Petite Caisse is a financial education program offered for free to 3 to 5 year olds and their parents in the Centres de la petite enfance et de la famille (CPEF) in Manitoba, in partnership with Caisse Financial Group.
The program’s objective is to introduce money concepts to children at a young age and to educate their parents so that they may teach sound financial practices to their children.
The program is a series of 5 sessions offered in French only to preschoolers and their parents.
At each session:
- the CPEF leader will play games and activities related to money with the children and their parents
- the parents receive practical information about planning their finances (click here for videos & handouts – in French only)
